IF I ORDER A BAG, HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. It will take about 3-5 business days to send the second email with TRACKING NUMBER and package details.

HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

For delivery time, it takes about 10-15 days to arrive at your address. Please allow some circumstances to take longer. We appreciate your sympathy.

CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER?

A cancellation or Changing request will be made successfully within 24 working hours after your purchase has been completed. You ONLY can cancel/ change your order BEFORE the item has been shipped. After the item has been shipped, we can not operate anything.

HOW CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Please contact us within 7 business days after the package has been delivered for any refund/return request.
Please notice that we ONLY accept return items that are still in new, unworn condition and all accessories must also be returned with the item.
In some cases, if deemed the exception of returning / exchanging, the return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
